This agreement applies to all training courses, workshops, and educational programs provided by Sleek Brows Ltd.

By enrolling in or attending a training course provided by Sleek Brows Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement.

Training materials and demonstrations are designed to support learning but do not constitute professional licensing or regulatory approval to perform cosmetic procedures in any jurisdiction.

Students are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all local laws, licensing requirements, and insurance obligations related to performing cosmetic treatments.

2. Professional Responsibility

By attending a training course, students acknowledge that they are responsible for:

* practising techniques safely and responsibly

* following hygiene and sanitation standards

* complying with local legal requirements for performing treatments

* obtaining appropriate insurance where required

* performing treatments only within their level of training and competence

Sleek Brows Ltd is not responsible for how techniques are applied by students after completion of the course.

3. Practical Training and Models

Some courses may involve practical training on models.

Students understand that working on models carries inherent risks, including:

* allergic reactions

* skin irritation

* treatment complications

* unexpected results

Students are responsible for ensuring that appropriate consultations, patch tests, and consent procedures are carried out before performing treatments on models.

Sleek Brows Ltd cannot be held responsible for any injury, reaction, or complication arising during or after treatments performed by students.

4. Product Use

During training courses, students may be introduced to professional cosmetic products.

Students acknowledge that:

* professional products require proper training and experience to use safely

* incorrect application may cause injury or adverse reactions

* patch testing should be performed where appropriate

Sleek Brows Ltd is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from improper use of products by students.

5. Course Completion

Completion of a training course indicates that the student has attended the training and has been introduced to the relevant techniques.

Completion of the course does not guarantee mastery of the techniques or guarantee specific results when treatments are performed in practice.

Students are responsible for continuing their practice, development, and professional education.

6. Results and Business Success

Sleek Brows Ltd makes no guarantee regarding:

* business success

* financial income

* treatment outcomes

* customer satisfaction

Success in the beauty industry depends on multiple factors including skill development, marketing, experience, and local market conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sleek Brows Ltd shall not be liable for:

* injuries or reactions occurring during student practice

* treatments performed by students after training

* misuse of products or techniques

* business losses or loss of income

* claims made by clients treated by students

Students accept full responsibility for the treatments they perform after completing training.

8. Health and Safety

Students agree to follow all health and safety instructions provided during training.

Sleek Brows Ltd reserves the right to remove any participant from a training session if their behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, manuals, videos, and teaching content remain the intellectual property of Sleek Brows Ltd.

Students may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share training materials without written permission.

10. Photography and Promotional Materials

Training sessions may occasionally involve photography or video recording for educational or promotional purposes.

By attending training, students acknowledge that images or videos may be captured.

If a student does not wish to appear in such materials, they should notify the trainer in advance.

11. Acceptance of Agreement

By enrolling in a training course provided by Sleek Brows Ltd, students confirm that they:

* understand the nature of the training provided

* accept responsibility for their own professional practice

* acknowledge the risks associated with cosmetic procedures

* agree to the terms of this liability waiver
