This policy applies to all training courses, workshops, masterclasses, and educational services provided by Sleek Brows Ltd.

By booking a training course with Sleek Brows Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Course Bookings

All training course bookings must be made in advance through our website, booking system, or authorised registration process.

A training place is confirmed only once payment of the required course reservation fee or full course fee has been received.

Sleek Brows Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, inappropriate behaviour, or insufficient course availability.

2. Non-Refundable Course Reservation Fee

To secure a place on a training course, a non-refundable course reservation fee may be required at the time of booking.

This reservation fee secures the student’s place on the course and covers administrative costs, course preparation, materials allocation, and the reservation of limited training capacity.

Because course places are limited and reserved specifically for each student, the course reservation fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances, including where the student decides to cancel their booking.

The remaining course balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation by Students

If a student needs to cancel their training course booking, the following conditions apply.

If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the course date, the student may request to transfer their booking to a future course date, subject to availability.

If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled course date, the course reservation fee will be retained and additional payments may not be refundable.

If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the course date, the full course fee may be retained.

4. Rescheduling

Students may request to reschedule their training to another available course date.

Rescheduling requests must normally be made at least 14 days before the scheduled training date.

Only one rescheduling request may be permitted per booking.

Additional rescheduling requests may be refused or may incur an administrative fee.

5. Failure to Attend

If a student fails to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice, this will be treated as a no-show.

In the event of a no-show, all fees paid will be forfeited and the booking will be considered cancelled.

6. Cancellation by Sleek Brows Ltd

In rare circumstances Sleek Brows Ltd may need to cancel or reschedule a training course due to circumstances including:

* trainer illness

* insufficient course participants

* venue issues

* unforeseen operational circumstances

Where this occurs, students will be offered the option to transfer their booking to another course date or receive a refund of payments made.

Sleek Brows Ltd shall not be responsible for additional expenses such as travel, accommodation, or other related costs incurred by students.

7. Course Content Changes

Sleek Brows Ltd reserves the right to modify course structure, training materials, schedules, or course content where necessary to improve the learning experience or adapt to operational requirements.

Such changes will not normally constitute grounds for a refund.

8. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during training sessions.

Sleek Brows Ltd reserves the right to remove any participant from a course if their behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

In such cases, course fees will not be refunded.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By booking a training course, students agree to contact Sleek Brows Ltd directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Submitting a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter may be considered a breach of these terms.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By completing a course booking with Sleek Brows Ltd, students confirm that they have read and accepted this Course Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
